Plea For Help : Does anyone have a spare seat belt like the one pictured here?
It's called a Britax Auto-Lok and bolts through the floor with two bolts. The chrome buckle lifts to release the catch. I'm not fussed about the condition of the webbing as I'm going to get it re-webbed. I have one belt for the driver's side but I'm after a matching belt for the passenger side.
If you can help, I'd much appreciate it.
UPDATE : I'd like to thank Colin Wake and David Pearson - both whom contacted me to say they had some Britax Seat Belts I might have. Cheers guys!

Shorrock Supercharger Mounting Plate
I got chatting with fellow Triumph Herald fan Ian Radforth along with his brother and their father at Stoneleigh. They're keen to fit Shorrock Superchargers to their Heralds, but are missing the front mounting plate.
Here's a drawing of mine with all the necessary dimensions.
For a scale drawing you can print, try the PDF link below -

Tired of trawling the internet looking for the right car ?
A few years ago while looking for a Triumph Vitesse, I put together a simple utility for searching various classified and auction websites called Ad Finder. It's kind of evolved over the years, but recently Firefox 2.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0 have started to support the OpenSearch web standard. This is great as I can now standardise development and support the following websites -
* adtrader.co.uk
* autotrader.co.uk
* classiccarsforsale.co.uk
* club.triumph.org.uk
* exchangeandmart.co.uk
* eBay.co.uk Classic Cars
* freeads.co.uk
* loot.com
* preloved.co.uk
* pistonheads.com
* trovit.co.uk
* ukphoneinfo.com
* Google Maps UK
The upshot is you can now search over 10 websites in a matter of minutes directly from your browser's search engine without having to re-key your search criteria each time.
Or if you prefer, you can launch your browser's sidebar and do all the searching from there.
To get started, go to :
www.gingell.com/adfinder
If you have any favourite websites you'd like to add to Ad Finder then let me know.
Enjoy!

Shorrock Supercharger Gauge
I've been looking for one of these for a while, and found this modern copy item in good condition. Now I just need to work out my dashboard gauge layout...
UPDATE
Can Keith Clark drop me a line to website2008@gingell.com, as I don't have your contact details. Cheers.

Spitfire 4 sees daylight again
After a stalled restoration (to be honest they never even started it), I managed to get my Spitfire 4 back after 4 years of "storage". Here it is on the back of a trailer ready for Karl Dandridge at KDTriumph to sort the floors and wings...
